REPRESENTATIONS

By accessing or using the News API service available at https://allnewsapi.com ("Service"), you ("Customer") agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

REPRESENTATIONS

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary power and authority to enter into this Agreement on the behalf of yourself and/or the entity you represent. You further agree to perform the obligations hereunder.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Service provides access to structured news data from various public news sources in a machine-readable format through our API. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to retrieve the data for your internal and external business purposes during the subscription term.

ACCOUNT AND API KEY

When you register, you'll receive an API key that allows access to our Service. You agree to:

  • Keep your API key private and secure and not share your API key with third parties
  • Not create multiple accounts to obtain multiple API keys
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key

API RESTRICTIONS

Provision of the allnewsapi.com Service is conditioned upon Customer’s proper use of the API. Except as expressly authorized under this Agreement, Customer may not:

  • Copy, rent, lease, sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivative works, decompile, modify, adapt or alter any part of the allnewsapi.com API;
  • Use the allnewsapi.com API on behalf of any third party or otherwise make the API available over a network where it could be used by others;
  • Create multiple accounts and/or use multiple API Keys;
  • Use the Product to reproduce copyrighted material;
  • Use the allnewsapi.com API to disable, interfere with, or override allnewsapi.com Services in a manner that bypasses this Agreement or the API Key registration process, including but not limited to; proxy servers, spiders, robots or other technology;
  • Use the allnewsapi.com API in any manner that violates any laws directly or indirectly.

DATA LICENSE

The news content accessible through our API contains third-party content (text, images, videos) that remains the property of its original creators. We do not claim ownership of this content but provide it as an aggregation service and search engine. You may use the data for personal or professional purposes, provided you comply with applicable copyright laws. You assume all responsibility for how you use, sublicense, sell, or share the data with third parties.

While performing data indexing, allnewsapi.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and directives issued by any government or regulatory authority, including those related to privacy (“Laws”).

In addition, where reasonably practical, allnewsapi.com will take commercially reasonable steps to avoid crawling or collecting data from any website that has implemented technical restrictions—such as password protection, the use of robots.txt, noindex metatags, or nofollow tags—or has otherwise notified allnewsapi.com in writing that it may not crawl or collect data from the site (each referred to as a “Restricted Website”).

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise set forth in a separate Purchase Order, terms of payment shall be due according to published subscription rates.

  • Payment is due according to your selected subscription plan
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with advance notice

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing periods. However, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Any personal information we collect from you will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate this agreement by discontinuing use of the Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and any data obtained through it.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including our proprietary technology, software, and processes, remain our exclusive property. Your use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:

  • A description of the copyrighted work and its location on our Service
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your infringement of third-party rights; or (iv) your use of the data obtained through our Service.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign this Agreement without consent will be null and void.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
